Everything is running smoothly in the White House until the CIA convinces the president that Finland has weapons of mass destruction and wants to make Michigan’s Upper Peninsula a Finnish colony. The president has no choice but to declare war on the U.S. and invade the U.P. The war lasts less than twenty-four hours because the Yoopers (as the residents of Michigan’s U.P. call themselves) do not play fair.
